The Field Production Engineer is immersed at the start of his career in the company’s know-how and works at the heart of our field operations. He must be rigorous and independent in order to guarantee the performance of the site and to optimize our production.
Discovering the company and its operations will be your first mission. You will be based in one of our 14 subsidiaries. As key person of the site, you will be moving within the field, aiming to optimize the production of both wells and fluid treatment station. You will report to the site manager, position you can eventually occupy after a few years if you are willing to continue to work on operations.
As Field Production Engineer, you must display diligence, autonomy and responsibility. You will be at the head of a large team; and will be required to develop interpersonal skills and create and positive synergy in-between the different co-workers on site.
